"We came in with my whole front bumper hanging off. Bernie fixed it within 30 minutes and I didn’t even think it could be fixed. He didn’t charge us. I have a 24 hour drive back to Los Angeles and if it wasn’t for Bernie and Kwik Kar I would’ve been stuck here for days. Endless appreciation for them I cannot even describe. So lucky I ended up here to get help, you cannot go wrong with this place (I would leave 10 star review if I could)."

"Worst nightmare!!! I thought since this was in North Dallas near University Park it would be the best. That couldn't have been further from the truth! I got a simple oil change it was $114. But I was on my lunch hour and short on time, I was getting my car ready for a short trip the next morning. I drove straight home after work, the next morning I was all packed up and ready to go and I turned my car on and the engine light came on and the oil light came on! I immediately check my oil and guess what? Not a drop of oil!!! I took it to the nearest station and they told me I was very lucky I did not blow my engine! When I tried to call Kwik Kar, it went straight to a recording. They could have completely destroyed my car, I could have been stranded on the side of the road, in 110 degree heat! When I finally got in touch with the area manager I was promised a refund and they would pay for me to take my car to the dealership to have it checked out to make sure there was no further damage. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR THE APPROVAL TO TAKE MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP!! So now I'm out over $200 for 2 oil changes, I had to cancel my trip, and I still don't know how badly they damaged my car! NEVER EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!!"

"DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE! they charged me $175 for a diagnostics check and he went to his boss and tried to whisper that he can’t find out what’s wrong with my car. After being confronted, they tried to deny that he said it. So now I’m out of $175 and I still don’t know for sure what’s wrong with my car and I have to take my car to people who actually know what they are doing for a second opinion"

"I went in for an oil change. There were no lines so it was fast. Until I had to pay $85 and found out they don’t take my coupon code that I found online. Will not go there anymore."
